Prayer of Health ~ Affirmation Movie
The following is a channeled prayer, given to me to share in July, 2009. I put it into a movie format so it can be used as an affirmation that engages mind, spirit, and senses.
This is a high vibrational prayer expressed from empowerment and gratitude for one's health. Whether one is already in perfect health or desires it, makes no difference. Being grateful for what is desired, as if it's already ours, places us in a better situation for allowing it's realization into our life.
As you watch, read the words aloud and feel a belief in their meaning with the fullness of your heart.
At the end of the movie you'll see the word, "selah". Selah is an ancient word used to reference a pause, or break in written text. As you read the word, pause for a moment, close your eyes, and take a deep breath. Imagine that breath, as healing energy and Light, filling you and touching every cell in your being . As you exhale, imagine you are releasing any feelings of unwellness. Then simply allow yourself to feel your connection to the Divine, in stillness and quiet, for a few more moments or until the music stops.
