How the process works...
In a meeting I am the vessel thru which spirit and The Divine flow with insight, information, and inspiration for you and your life.
Sometimes this information comes in the form of visions or images (clairvoyance), voice (clairaudience), or other senses like smell and touch. Sometimes information comes to me through insight or intuitive "knowing" (claircognizance). Being empathetic I often feel (both physically and emotionally) the energies of others as if they are my own. As a channel, spirit (usually a Master or Guide) speaks or writes directly through me. As a medium, I am given a message (by one or several of the methods above) and I pass it on. 
No matter what the method is, my goal in every meeting is always the same- to leave you feeling better for our having spoken. That may come from contact with a loved one or from an insight into a particular situation in your life which needs a bit of clarity.
I cannot control or decide who or what comes to and/or thru me. Sometimes it's exactly what we hoped to hear, sometimes it's a complete surprise. I believe that the Universe knows best what we need even if it makes no sense to us.
I generally do not offer insight into the future and caution everyone who has a reading from any person to be wary of "predictions". In the physical life experience we do in fact have free will and while some things (death and taxes!) may be sure bets, life experiences, as a rule, are mutable. That is-- very little is 
'etched in stone'.
Lastly, I implore you to listen to your own heart and 'gut' when it comes to trusting any Spiritualist/Psychic/Metaphysician, myself included. Your internal feelings are ALWAYS your own best indicators of what is Truth for you in your life. I absolutely do not promote blind acceptance and believe healthy skepticism is a good thing!
Ultimately, in matters of the Spiritual, each of us must come to our own parameters for Belief, deciding for ourselves how far we will let Faith carry us.
